The cozy yet spacious Cabin Patch boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and space for up to 16 guests. Across the bedrooms and living spaces, find 2 king-size beds, 3 queen-size beds, 1 queen-size bunk, and 1 queen sleeper that’s a great mix for whatever group you’re traveling with!

Start with the awesome outdoor spaces, which include a huge deck area, a covered hot tub overlooking the trees and the Smoky Mountains in the distance, a large grassy yard where you can play ball, a 4-person table on the deck, and a charcoal grill for cookouts on nice days. Of course, there are plenty of great spaces inside too! The fully equipped kitchen has a huge island and space for several people to help with meals, and the long wood dining table has space for 10 guests to dine. In the spacious living room, find soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a big screen TV, DVD and Blu-ray players, and lots of seating.

Ready to play? Head to the checkered-floor rec room to shoot pool, play cards at the table, play around on the arcade console, and challenge others to air hockey on the awesome arcade-level table! Just off the rec room is a large bedroom with bench seating by the window, access to the deck, a big screen TV, and soaring ceilings to make it feel really open. The cabin also features whimsical touches throughout, wireless internet, a washer/dryer, and some great places to just hang out and relax with family and friends.

Living Room
Prepare to be wowed as you step into the open and inviting living room at Cabin Patch. Massive windows frame sky, tree, and mountain scenery, the ceiling soars high, and impressive log beams add to the cabin setting. Settle in for entertainment on the big screen TV with Blu-ray and DVD players, rest on the couch after a day of play in town, and unwind on the double rocker next to the roaring stone (gas) fireplace. There’s also a ceiling fan to keep cool on warmer days, and plenty of natural light to brighten any day.

Kitchen
Steps away from the living area rests the large, open-concept kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, 2 sinks, and a huge island with bar seating for 6. Enjoy preparing breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks while soaking in the beautiful mountain and woodsy scenes through the surrounding windows. And there’s even a handy dishwasher to help keep messes to a minimum.

Dining Area
Next to the fully equipped kitchen awaits the dining area with a huge log table for 10. Munch and chat with friends and family while enjoying the Smoky Mountains just through the windows nearby. And don’t forget the kitchen’s bar seating for 6, giving everyone a designated place to sit and dine at mealtimes. This space is also great for setting out a few board games from home, checking emails and social media on your laptop, or gathering the kiddos for arts and crafts or coloring.

Rec Room
Venture down the gorgeous spiral staircase to the rec room downstairs that boasts an air hockey table, pool table, and a classic arcade unit with Galaga and Ms. Pac-Man. There’s also seating around the room, perfect for tossing back a few cold ones with pals or busting out a card game. And the mounted flatscreen TV is just another of the many ways to keep everyone entertained in this fun space!

Ready for bed? There are 5 bedrooms — each with a flatscreen TV for entertainment and a ceiling fan to stay comfortable. And with a mix of 2 kings, 3 queens, 1 queen bunk, and 1 queen sleeper in the home plus 3 full bathrooms, up to 16 guests can stay at Cabin Patch. A few of the rooms feature artistic wall paintings, the loft (where the queen sleeper lives) is a beautiful spot to wake up to the mountains, and the master suite even offers an indoor jetted tub for relaxing spa baths.
