Big Forest Retreat is a large group lodge for 64, with 13 king-size beds, 5 queen-over-queen bunks, 2 twin sleeper sofas, 3 queen sleeper sofas, and 5 futons for plenty of sleeping space.

When you’re relaxing at this 9,100+ square foot cabin, you’ll enjoy mountain and wooded views, a big screen TV, rocking chairs, and high-speed wireless internet. To unwind, you can head to the outdoor hot tub for a soak. Kids and adults will stay entertained here, too, with a pool table, board games, and a private indoor pool! The electric fireplace will make the room feel cozy, and the cabin is even pet friendly!

There are plenty of conveniences to make the stay easier for a group, including a washer/dryer, TVs in the bedrooms, a charcoal grill for cookouts, and a fully equipped kitchen. This large-group lodge will also have handicap features, making the cabin much more accessible.

As you step through the enchanting wooden door at Big Forest Retreat, you’ll enter a world of relaxation and comfort. Passing the entryway sitting area, which features 2 armchairs plus a bark and stone wall exuding the natural landscape of the Smokies, you’ll come to the living area where a well-deserved rest is yours to take. Unwind on the 3 sofas with friends, family, teammates, or coworkers while enjoying a little entertainment on the big screen TV. On warmer days, flip on the ceiling fan to keep cool with an ice cold glad of lemonade in hand.

As you look around, you’ll notice the complimenting red and black theme throughout the décor in the open concept space that ties everything together beautifully, not to mention the captivating views through the large windows. Multiple tables and lamps keep the area convenient and cozy, plus there’s an electric fireplace, perfect for setting the mountain mood and providing a heartwarming atmosphere to enjoy a good book or a nice chat.
