Minutes from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, Red Oak Lodge is a spacious and fun group lodge for church and couples’ retreats, business trips, and big family reunions! The 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 5,000-square-foot cabin has room for a staggering 50 people, with a mix of beds to suit any group. In the bedrooms, find 2 kings, 2 twins, 2 sleeper sofas, and 20 twin-over-twin bunks for plenty of sleeping space! It also offers motorcycle-friendly parking!
When your group is ready to relax and hang out around the cabin, they’ll find plenty of places to do so. Cozy up on sofas throughout the cabin or relax in front of the big screen TV and pop in a DVD you brought from home for a movie night. There are even TVs in each bedroom and Wi-Fi! Want more fun? Play some ping pong or shoot hoops on the basketball goal outside! And don’t forget the outdoor hot tub, where guests can really relax before calling it a night.
Feeding a group can be a task on a trip, but Red Oak Lodge makes it easy with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This Gatlinburg cabin also boasts wireless internet to keep everyone connected.
NEW Game Cottage
Red Oak Lodge’s new addition is a detached cottage with plenty of amenities and extra sleeping space. Red Oak Cottage houses the washer/dryer for the lodge and cottage, and it also features a full kitchen (microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, double sink, and dishes and tools), a pool table and game room seating, sleeping space for 4, foosball, air hockey, and arcade games!
The cottage can also be rented on its own when not renting the lodge as a special call-in only offer!
Living Room
Step into the living room (on the first floor) and plop on the L-shaped sofa for a rest in the living room as soon as you arrive. After everyone’s settled, enjoy a chat by the gas fireplace or unwind with a good read in the 3 club chairs. Better yet, bust open the ping pong table and host a game tournament of champions! Or opt for a calmer night with a DVD on the big screen TV and endless bowls of buttery popcorn piled high on the coffee table.
Kitchen
Hardwood floors continue into the kitchen nearby, which features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances plus cookware and dinnerware for group meals. Catering to large groups, here you’ll find double refrigerators, microwaves, electric ranges, and — most importantly — dishwashers! Whip up massive feasts with plenty of serving space at the breakfast bar for 7. Brew joe with the coffeemaker, brown bagels in the toaster, and rinse fresh fruit in the double sink. Store snacks and drinks for the whole crew and restaurant leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch. Red Oak Lodge’s fully equipped kitchen with double the cooking power will be a welcome amenity for your large group trip!
Dining Area
Enjoy dining with your group at the 3 large tables with bench seating plus a pub table with barstools. And don’t forget the living room seating just steps away and kitchen breakfast bar for 7. This space is also perfect for setting up board and card games to keep everyone entertained, laughing, and memory-making!
Bedrooms
After playing downtown, attending a conference, or competing for the win, everyone will appreciate a cozy bed to lay their head. Red Oak Lodge has 3 floors with dedicated sleeping quarters, and all 5 bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV for entertainment!
On the 2nd floor, find a master suite — with a king-size bed, cozy futon, a flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and a private en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub — plus a bunk room with 6 twin-size bunk beds and a group bathroom (2 toilets + 3 shower stalls + 3 sinks).
On the 3rd floor, you’ll find a replica of the 2nd floor with another master suite and twin bunk room. On the 4th and final floor awaits a large bunk room with 8 twin-size bunk beds plus 2 twin beds and another group bathroom (3 toilets + 4 shower stalls + 3 sinks). There’s also another half bath on the 1st floor just off the dining area for your convenience.

Outdoor Spaces
An added bonus to the 3rd-floor master suite, a balcony overlooks the East Gatlinburg Parkway with a valley view of the mountains surrounding nearby hotels. It’s the perfect spot to grab a little fresh air and privacy. There’s also a breakfast table for 4 at an outdoor side space, great for small meetings, devotionals, and coffee. Ready to play outside? Move the vehicles for a little hoop time with the basketball goal or slip into the bubbly hot tub for a soothing soak!
Roads to this motorcycle-friendly cabin are flat and paved, and there’s a steep driveway in the back with parking for cars or vans as parking is not allowed at the front.
