Life is Good is a 5 bedroom rental cabin in Gatlinburg, TN

Boasting year-round mountain views and a location less than 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, Life is Good is set in the Greenbriar Village cabin community (walking distance to Greenbriar Restaurant) and keeps you close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops the Smokies has to offer. It’ll be easy to explore when you want to get out, but this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom cabin will have plenty to do at the cabin too! With space for up to 16 guests, it’s fit for families and small groups in the mountains.

Days at Life is Good will live up to its name, with high-speed Spectrum cable TV and Wi-Fi to stay connected or just relax and browse, a pool table to play around, Fast and Furious Super Cars driving arcade game, virtual pinball with 863 games, 90-game multicade/arcade, and even an 8-seat theater room with 82-inch HDTV, DVD and Blu-ray players, and a soundbar system for awesome movie nights.

On nice days, you can toss burgers and kabobs on the park-style charcoal grill; on quiet evenings, you can unwind in front of the welcoming electric fireplace. Rocking chairs on the deck are perfect for sipping coffee before you head into town or enjoying a drink before calling it a night. The hot tub is also the perfect place to unwind before you head to the cozy bedrooms at night. A new 8-seater firepit area will be your go-to for s'mores and late-night chats.

Each bedroom features a king-size bed, and you’ll also have 1 queen-over-queen bunk bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Great year-round mountain views will beckon you outside, and TVs in the bedrooms ensure everyone gets their own time at night. Living Room
Need a place to rest after your travels or exploring in town? Head for the open concept living space at Life Is Good. With extra-high ceilings, tons of natural light pouring through the wall of windows framing lush trees, and comfy sofas to unwind, it’s an inviting space for sure. Plus, there’s an electric (heated) fireplace for cool mountain eves and a big screen TV for entertainment anytime! Toss snacks on the coffee table and relax on the couches for a chat or a show. And when everyone’s curling up in bed, sneak down to the rocking chair with reading lamp and head to another world of romance and adventure.

Kitchen
When you’re ready for a bite, stroll along the hardwood floors to the open, fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), spacious granite countertops, and a large island with seating. Grab morning coffee in a flash, whip up breakfast on the stove, heat up last night’s restaurant leftovers for lunch in the microwave, and store sweet treats in the fridge. Island dwellers will love sampling the chef in the group’s latest creation or get them to hop in and lend a helping hand with dinner!

Dining Area
Just off the kitchen, leading to the living room, awaits the dining area with a large window for scenic meals and a long log table with matching benches and end chairs. Combined with the breakfast bar at the island in the kitchen plus the sofa seating nearby, everyone will have a spot to enjoy mealtimes. The dining area is also ideal for setting out crafts for the kiddos during the day and hosting a board game tournament with the adults in the evening.

After a scrumptious Smoky Mountain meal, put those calories to good use in the rec room that features a pool table, Fast and Furious Super Cars driving arcade, 863-game virtual pinball machine, and multicade/arcade game. It’s like going to the movies…without the unwanted chatter, cell phone lights, and spilled drinks in your path. Hit pause, rewind, and play whenever you please and grab endless bowls of buttery popcorn from the kitchen!

Bedrooms
As the fun settles, head to your private bedroom with en-suite bathroom — there are 5! Each bedroom comes with custom furniture, a flatscreen TV, and a plush king-size bed, and the master boasts a private balcony to boot! Combined with the queen bunk in the rec room and the home’s queen sleeper, up to 16 guests can stay comfortably at Life Is Good. Switch on a reading lamp for nightly reads, flip on the TV for entertainment anytime, keep the ceiling fan on to keep cool on warmer nights, and take hot showers for as long as you want!

Outdoor Spaces
Look forward to seasonal mountain views and woodsy scenery at Life Is Good. With multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy, everyone in your group will be able to reconnect with nature. The master suite’s balcony features seating for 2 so the hosts can get a little privacy outdoors. You’ll find outdoor dining for 4 plus rocking chairs on the entry level, great for sipping coffee in the mornings. And the lower level features a steamy hot tub to soothe tired muscles after horseback riding or hiking in the mountains, more rocking chairs for further enjoyment, and a stone path that leads to a firepit with seating and a garden charcoal grill for s’mores and cookouts!
