Located off of the second living room is the pool table area. Here's where you'll have a great time challenging everyone to a quick match or competing against one another to see who is the pool player champion.

On the lower level you'll also find two beautiful wood accented queen bedrooms and a shared full bath with vestibule sink and custom tiled shower/bath combo.

One that is open where you can enjoy viewing the twinkling night stars or gaze into the mountains all day. The downstairs deck is fully covered and features additional seating and the relaxing, rejuvenating, bubbling outdoor hot tub.
